Photographic Centre Peri is a non-profit organization for photography and lens-based contemporary art, and our goal is to promote photographic art, local and international collaboration as well as dialogue between photographers and audiences through exhibitions and workshops. We especially want to highlight the work of under-represented artists and exhibit topics that have not been covered in the Finnish art scene.

Our exhibition space is free of charge, and we pay the exhibitor an artist fee that is enabled by The Finnish Heritage Agency. The program of 2024 was selected through an open call and the jury members were visual artist Jesper Dolgov, visual artist Terike Haapoja and university teacher, adjunct professor Johanna Frigård.
